Within the first year it turned from a nice beige with dark brown skirting to a faded mauve … I became familiar with Classic Accessories every since I purchased my first grill cover in July of 2012 from them for $31.49. It is from their Veranda Series. Within the first year it turned from a nice beige with dark brown skirting to a faded mauve color. The fabric has never weakened or torn however, as some others have experienced with the Veranda Series. It is still in use today. My cover before that was a Charm Glo brand and it faded from black to gray and did weaken and tear in 1…
5 Stars! This Cover Will Last (We’re Still Using An Earlier Edition & It’s Still Going Strong After 3 Years of 24/7) I have had the on my BBQ outside 24/7 since July 2013 and except for some fading and a bit of “drying out” this cover is still in fantastic shape. I bring this up because that cover is identical in (it seems) every respect (other than size and color) to the cover I’m reviewing here.
Way better than the grill covers sold by Char-Broil Classic Accessories makes great grill covers. I’ve purchased many over the years for several different grills. Why? These grill covers are better quality, and longer-lasting than those that come from the grill manufacturers*. This is especially true of Char-Broil. Their grill covers are thin and don’t last long. They are definitely not heavy duty, but they cost a lot. I’ve totally switch over all my grill covers to Classic Accessories.
