Five reasons why this unit is better than Weber Genesis I know what I’m doing usually when I assembly stuff but usually will invert one part and have to back up and redo but not with this unit. It took me a solid 2.5 hours using only a Philips screwdriver.Five reasons I prefer the CB to Weber1. the flame units run vertically in CB, horizontal in Weber so you can’t set up a side area to keep food warm on Weber2. Good grill. Poor Quality Control and Customer Experience from Char-Briol I have only used it a few times. Like the grill. Heats evenly as advertised. I can see the need to clean regularly but not a big deal. I only gave it 3 stars due to my experience with the Mfg. The grill arrived with the bottom shelf damaged (bent). Based on the condition of the box, it was packed damaged. Poor quality control. Called Char-Broil. Agents were prompt in helping but 7-10 days to get the new part. No express shipping option. I spent $400 on a grill that you packed damaged…
