Great grill for the price! Purchased this on a Tuesday and it arrived on Thursday, even using ground shipping! Box was in perfect condition, installation was a breeze (did it with the help of a 6 year old) and took about an hour. We spent more time unpacking everything than we did assembling. Holy heavens, I did not think the grill would … Holy heavens, I did not think the grill would be this big I would’ve gotten a smaller size but for the price it’s still a big one I have a small family of four but I guess when we’re entertaining in the summertime the food will be done sooner. Took a little while to put together but nothing major just pay attention to the steps they’re very detailed I just wish the parts were labeled with the numbers that are in the book
Worst amazon experience yet… And limited recourse UPDATE – CHARBROIL CUST. SERVICE A+ Grill Showed up in a timely manner – ordered this through prime to get it before a weekend cookout. Grill arrived and top was dented – So what I said – still a nice grill for the price and I banged dent out so that it’s not obvious.. Get half way through assembly (which will take some time, about an hour for me) and whoops – the hinge screw that holds the lid on is missing a nut… Annoying but not the end of the world..
