Well made Better quality than previous model I owned from this same manufacturer. Assembled easily, about 2 hours with just a screwdriver and a pair of pliers. All parts were labeled and very well packaged. Seems to be stronger and better designed than the one it is replacing. My old one rusted out in 3 years, this one has more stainless steel than last one. This grill is huge, and heavier than most in this price range. Char-Broil Grill is Great! I love this grill! It took about three hours to assemble which didn’t seem too bad. The majority of the time was spent unpacking all of the parts and laying them out before beginning the assembly process. The grill works great! I’m able to actually sear my steaks like they do in a high-end steak house. The side burner is also great. It has plenty of power to actually cook and boil water faster than my kitchen stove. I could not be happier with the performance and look of this grill.
