(Purchaser is responsible for freight charges.)
Manufacturer will not be obligated to repair or replace equipment, which has been repaired by others, abused, altered or misused. Furthermore, manufacturer will not be held liable for any loses due to neglectful operation on the part of the purchaser. Upon the expiration of such warranty all such liability will terminate. My Camp Chef 2 was a lemon My Camp Chef has never worked reliably and I’m switching to another brand.- the brass gas attachment does not fit properly – very stiff to screw on. Twice it has leaked out gas around the attachment causing a flame-out in the base of the stove, in spite of the attachment being screwed in as tight as possible.- The ignition only works 75% of the time and cannot be relied on, so I still need to carry matches.- The grill rattles inside the case, so I need to wrap in a cloth…
Good quality and works great Pleasantly surprised at how well this stove works. Both burners light instantly with the matchless ignition. The burners heat up a pot of water for coffee, tea, soup, etc. in no time. Cooking with a pan should be similarly fast and consistent. BEWARE !! Beware, this is a good product but be aware that this is not a 24,000 BTU stove as it was mentioned in Amazon, it is only 20,000 BTU (10,000 each burner), and it has no carrying case. I hope Amazon would correct these info for the good of there business.
