Camp Chef Expedition 3X I bought the Expedition 3X primarily for camping. It set up very easily, looks great and works like a charm. I gave it a test run shortly after receiving it. The griddle was great and very spacious. The whole thing was easy to clean and fits very nicely in the carry bag I also purchased. I would also recommend purchasing the side shelf set. They are very sturdy, easy to install, and provide some much needed prep space while cooking.
Great Stove!!! Long review but what i like to see when researching. I purchased this stove for camping and cooking for large groups on holidays. I’ve used it 4 times so far and it’s awesome! The griddle came seasoned, rust free and ready to cook on. I’ve cooked bacon, sausage, potatoes, scrambled eggs and pancakes on it and it worked like a charm. A few things I’ve noticed is that you need to make sure its as close to level as possible when cooking scrambled eggs otherwise you’ll end up with a grease valley…
