Don’t buy this We paid a lot of money for this and it is a horrible product. It warps when you cook on it.Don’t waste your money. The company won’t call us back and we are stuck with a $900 grill that is a piece of crap.Horrible customer service. HORRIBLE!!!!
We’ve use it a couple of times and love it. The first shipment arrived damaged below the knobs. The metal was bent from impact. It wasn’t packed very well for shipping. The second came packed the very same way, but it appeared ok. After installation we had noticed the ignitor had been broken loose. We were not sure who’s fault that was, but it was an $8 dollar part, so no big deal. We’ve use it a couple of times and love it.
I think this griddle is just great. The warping problem mentioned by the other reviewers … I think this griddle is just great.
