Operating on low pressure gas (sold separately) the powerful round stainless steel burner with automatic piezo ignition offers finely adjustable control ensuring consistent results on the grill. The 257-square inch non-stick BBQ grid has channels and vents for fat-free grilling and is easy to clean. Use it for grilling beef, chicken, fish and vegetables. Excellent extension to my kitchen I received the CADAC 8910-40 as a gift. I’m in my 70’s and I was concerned it would be complicated to assemble and operate. I must say I was pleasantly surprised with the ease of assembly and operation. We love to cook seafood, various fish, geoduck, oysters and Chanterelle mushrooms, all of which can leave a lingering smell in the home.
