Love these grill mats:) Stuff really does not stick to them and you do get the grill mark!!!s These grill mats really work well so far I have grilled fish, veggies, chicken, sausage, eggs and French toast on these the two of them completely cover my whole grill surface so no grill to clean, they wipe off and clean up pretty well. The food really does not stick to it and you do get grill marks. How you get the grill marks is that the surface of the mats does not hold the heat but the grill underneath does so you do get the grill marks:)
