Uneven cooking surface This is my second and last Bull BBQ I’ve owned, and both had the same problem. Uneven cooking surface right out of the box. Meat doesn’t cook consistently depending on where it’s placed on the grill. Some areas it’s too hot, others it’s too cold. I have to move the meat around based on where the hot spots are. This looks great and works great I had this installed about two years ago and am very happy with it. Here’s why.1. I have not had any of the problems described in the negative reviews. To the contrary, I’ve been able to easily adjust the burners so that my chicken, burgers, and hot dogs all cook at different heat levels and all come out great.2.
