The burner lid was dinged up from shipping but I was able to hammer out the dents. Very happy with purchase. Looks good, cooks well, and seems to be very well made with quality components.
Very Satisfied with Company and Grill Purchased this grill and been using it for 1-1/2 years. Customer Service has been excellent with small issues that popped up. The grill cooks and operates great. I use it alot and between cleanings, it does not have problems with all the junk that collects down there. Well worth the quality. Also purchased a number of Bull doors for outdoor kitchen. No signs of corrosion in New England weather. Very satisfied and would recommend.
Nice grill, but don’t try to have it repaired Nice grill, but don’t try to have it repaired. They say the burners have a lifetime guarantee, however, they don’t honor it. Mine had to be replaced at $75.00.
