Poor customer service. Overall I’m very impressed with quality and performance of this grill. However, I’m very disappointed with their customer service. I had 2 problems when grill was assembled. One of the doors was damaged in transit and the lights were not working due to failed transformer. I contacted The company in Canada and was told parts would be shipped FEDEX same day. Thst was in early December. So far no parts and no phone calls.So in light of this experience I would have to not recommend…
Transformer for Lights Stopped working… Lights stopped working, Measured output Voltage on Transformer, No OUTPUT!!! Should be covered by Warranty, Right?Cannot find a link to request a new one… I have been searching for a replacement using the Model Number, Voltage output, ETC. NOTHING!!! Very Frustrating…One of the primary reasons we Purchased this Model was because of the Blue Illuminated Dials, And the Interior Lights for the Grill… was Quite expensive, And this sucks…
Excellent cooking appliance This grill is amazing , it came in a box on a pallet .It took roughly 1 hour to put the whole thing together and set up ready for service . All the parts went together easily , all the prefabed holes lined up very well . The grill is solid . All the drawers fit really well and slide easily . There is a ton of storage. The stainless steel is perfect not a scratch, it was packaged perfectly.Cooking on the grill is an experience. I canâ??t wait to grill . The heat is even and consistent…
