Grills Nicely But Rust After 2 Months! We purchased this grill in June 2016 and were excited right out of the box – it grilled evenly with few flare ups. However, it quickly went down hill. Keep in mind we grill often, 5-6 times a week, however, a grill should last more than 2-3 months. At the beginning of August 2016, we contacted Broil King because of rusted cast iron grates which they promptly replaced. We contacted them again because of rusted Flav-R-Waves and burners. Great quality – cooks like a dream Great quality – cooks like a dream. With 4 burners, there is a lot of flexibility on how you use the cooking space. Assembly was a challenge, so be prepared to spend 2-3 hours putting it together – but it is worth it.
