BBQ The BBQ heats up real fast and I have a hard time keep the temperature just right. I always cook with the lid down and still have some flare-ups, I always clean the BBQ after cooking. I purchased a hand held thermometer so I could get the right temperatures I require. I do not trust the one on the BBQ.
Returned/refurbished item sold as new My complaint is really about Amazon. I ordered a Broil King Crown 40 based on the good reviews. As I began to assemble my grill I noticed that some of the screwed were already in place and things that I was supposed to assemble myself according to the instruction booklet was already in place(ie. The built in thermometer), some of the protective shrink wrap was half peeled off.
