Grills Nicely But Rust After 2 Months! We purchased this grill in June 2016 and were excited right out of the box – it grilled evenly with few flare ups. However, it quickly went down hill. Keep in mind we grill often, 5-6 times a week, however, a grill should last more than 2-3 months. At the beginning of August 2016, we contacted Broil King because of rusted cast iron grates which they promptly replaced. We contacted them again because of rusted Flav-R-Waves and burners. Mostly positive review Love the grill, so far. It was suppose to include assembly, but that never happened. So hubby did it. They were willing to pay someone a good amount, which I assume was included in the price I paid. However, they only reimbursed me $50 for my husband’s eight hours of putting it together. My husband is no dummy, but the only instructions were pictures. You had to guess at the rest. My husband said it would have been well worth the money to have someone else assemble it. broil king prorpne grill love this grill, with 5 burners you can have a cooler zone by not using all the burners.parts did not match paperwork list of parts, a little confusing. it all worked out, thought I was missing parts before assembly, found out some parts were already factory assembled, I was tearing the box apart looking for parts, thought I lost them.
