Hope you like standing in the grease while cooking! I’m giving this grill 2 stars instead of 5 for several reasons.
Fantastic I can’t say enough good things about this griddle so I’ll focus on tips and experience. Wind can be an issue and this could really benefit from a hood like you’d find on a typical grill. I used a grill cover when not in use but found that dust and dog hair blowing around our patio would still find its way onto the griddle. I build my own cover out of composite lumber with solved the issue, still, a hinged hood for cooking would be a great accessory. That said, we rarely use our grill anymore…
Perfect! We are very impressed with this grill Perfect! We are very impressed with this grill. I would advise you to go ahead and spend a little more on the cover as well to protect it.
