I have a feeling the porcelain ones … Ive purchased both the stainless steel and porcelain variations of this item and both are very nice quality. I have a feeling the porcelain ones will not last quite as long as the stainless, but they are soooo much easier to clean. If you are relentless in cleaning your grill, i’d go with the porcelain, otherwise I’d just go with stainless for a few bucks more. They will last a lifetime.
