As good as they claim These work just like they claim We tested our on a Big Green Egg Grill. We like to make these burgers called ranch burgers. They are very moist which means that sometimes they will fall apart and fall through the grate down into the flames. The grill mat prevents that. We cooked the burgers directly on the mat. They cooked evenly and as quickly as they normally do. They tasted the same, too. The mat stayed perfectly flat while we were grilling on it. Food did not stick to it.
