This High Pressure Cast Iron Burner is a replacement burner for round Bayou Classic Cooker Frames.This replacement burner fits Bayou Classic gas cooking stoves that have round frames (the BG12 burner fits stoves with square frames). Made of heavy cast iron, the high-pressure burner puts out a 150,000 BTU flame for hot, rapid cooking. A disc on the end held by two screws rotates to modify the amount of air taken into the burner. The circular part of the replacement burner measures 3-3/4 inches in diameter, while the overall length is 9 inches. Assembly instructions are included. –Ann Bieri

Replaced Non-Bayou-Classic Unit Wow I was very surprised at the improved flame over the original unit I replaced. Our burner stand is a Brinkmann and didn’t work very well. My old burner did not look much different in design and was rusted. However the original one always produced a yellowish flame and stained the bottom of pans with soot; I thought I might be using the wrong fuel (propane). This new one burns clean at low or high settings and when wide open is very impressive, almost scary, in heating the pot quickly. Too…
