It’s a polyester material that is softer and more like canvas material than a sheet of plastic, which makes it seem more high-quality.The cover is large size enough, so it easily fit over my grill and both of the side shelves. It has velcro side-straps on the top that are on either side of the top of the grill that allows you to pull the cover off or adjust the cover over the grill with ease.
