Purchased the mat for my husband to go along with his new Weber gas grill. Did some research into various mats but ultimately chose this one due to the reviews. And they are all correct! The mat allows you to cook just about anything perfectly. It gives you the “sear marks” desired on grilled chicken, meat or fish. We have tried all three and all have been done better than if cooking directly on the grates, including hamburgers. The mat keeps the grill itself cleaner and cleans up easily with hot water and dish soap.

These mats heat up perfectly and they do leave nice grill marks. I made steaks on sunday for my son .Today I used the same mat and did burgers with bacon and smoked Gouda cheese. The burgers were fantastic and juicy, some of the cheese burned onto the mat mixed with back fat and burger juice but the cheese burned bubbly and black. After the grill cooled I picked up the mat and the cheese just slid right off when I ran water on it in the sink!! WOW, Again soap and water wash, dry and back in the package for storage for next time…
3.Amazing Grill Technology
I don’t know how these mats work but they are great. Used 1 of the mats for the first time last night. Used for grilling stuff jalapeno peppers and they turned out great. No sticking, brown bottom of pepper perfect and clean up of mat was a snap. The peppers slid right off the mat into the serving dish. The mat also cooled down quickly. We are recommending the product if you do a lot of BBQ grilling of items that can slip in between grill, are delicate or need indirect flame. We will buy more of these mats for gifts for our friends.

A++++++++++++ I purchased the grill mat set as a birthday gift for my husband in February. It was winter and we were not grilling – fast forward to now, the weather is nice and we finally have started using the grill mats. They are awesome! We’ve cooked mixed vegetables, salmon, various types of mushrooms and chicken on the grill mats. The mats perform beautifully and are super easy to clean. My husband keeps saying how much he loves them and I definitely recommend the mats to those that enjoy grilling.
Now I love this thing I must admit that I was skeptical. A piece of cloth so thin would work as well as the reviews said it was. Now I love this thing, My braai (South African slang for BBQ) is still as clean as it was when it was new.
