I hope it will live up to the water-proof when it rains, but we are not expecting any rain here in Cali for a while; I purchased it to keep the dust off my stainless steel and it fits perfectly. Longer-lasting grill cover I don’t think this one will crack Is grill cover is perfect. The last one I had was very plasticky feeling and cracked after a single season. This one is more cloth like and I think it’ll last forever. I have a charbroil five burner grill and this one fits perfectly on that I have the side burner and it covers it all.
