The extra heat created by 3 burners instead of 2 is critical in windy weather and for reaching higher temperatures quicker . This unit quickly sears meats on the ” High” setting holding in all of the juicy tenderness. I have owned a lot of grills in my lifetime ; however , this is the best gas grill I have ever owned . It was very easy to assemble We bought this from Walmart. It was very easy to assemble. I had read that some people had problems with the control knobs. If you give them a good hard push, they stay on with no problems. It heats evenly. We only wanted a small grill and this is perfect for us.
