Exceptional Grill! This grill is nothing short of amazing. The installation was very simple and for me it was made easier with an extra set of hands. We had the BBQ fully installed in about 25min. I actually opted for the natural gas conversion kit, so I ran over to Home Depot to pick it up and then ran back to set it up. Junky and lousy customer service! Overpriced and doesn’t have the BTU’s to get the job done! Takes twice the time and everything is under-cooked. Cheap thin plastic caster wheels wore right through and broke after 1 month of normal use. Customer service is handled by a company called Brandshop. Called them for a replacement plastic wheel and the woman acted like I was asking her for a kidney! “You need to take a picture of the serial number and you need to take a picture of the receipt and email them to me!” She’s…
